False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are made available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs start out at NCV level 2 plus the minimum amount prerequisite would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, staying equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two which is equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which kind of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional education is not automatically the only real method of becoming an artisan or getting to be qualified so if a student knows from an early age what their passions are, the NCV programme is definitely perfectly read more suited to that student.
